SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Most customized orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production after payment, receipt of all necessary information, and approval of the design proof.
Large, complex, or bulk orders may require 7–14 business days or longer. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Most domestic deliveries arrive approximately 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.
Production time is separate from shipping-transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping-confirmation email. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is necessary.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can change the delivery address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package arrives damaged, retain the product and original packaging and contact us within 7 calendar days:

Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
If tracking shows “delivered,” check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
