These Terms of Service govern your use of sandiegocustomworks.com and all purchases from San Diego Custom Works. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, and printing processes.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, sizes, colors, photographs, artwork, and production instructions.
When a digital proof is provided, production begins after customer approval. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design. San Diego Custom Works is not responsible for errors contained in an approved proof.
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
By submitting a logo, photograph, name, trademark, design, phrase, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
You may not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or that violates another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or intellectual-property rights. We may reject or cancel any order that may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Full payment is generally required before design or production begins.
PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, business name, original photographs, written content, graphics, and branding belonging to San Diego Custom Works may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Diego Custom Works is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be limited.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website.
